Personal Information Protection Guidelines and relevant laws and

methods of our collection and use of personal information, as well as your

services constitutes your full acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Collection
We adhere to the minimum necessity principle and only collect personal
information essential to the core functions of the platform, excluding any
information irrelevant to our services. The specific collection scope is

submit when using AI generation features will be transmitted to
third-party AI service providers for processing. Such information is
solely used to generate AI images and videos and is indispensable for
the delivery of AI generation services.

published posts, likes and other interactive records will be collected
for content display, interactive function operation, content review and
violation detection, so as to ensure platform content security.

Geographic Location Information: If you grant location
permission on your device, we may collect and process your approximate
or precise location data. This information is used to provide
location-based services, optimize content recommendations and enhance
user experience. You may enable or disable location permission at any
time via your device settings.

Device and Log Information: To ensure stable service
operation, optimize user experience and complete advertising
attribution, we may automatically collect non-identifiable data
including device model, operating system version, login IP address,
usage duration, operation logs and advertising ID (IDFA). This data
cannot be used to directly identify individual users and is only used
for service and advertising effect statistics.

Membership and In-App Purchase Information: When you
purchase memberships, subscribe to services, complete in-app payments,
or purchase consumable items (including AI image generation credits, AI
video generation credits, and post pinning credits), we will record
order credentials, purchase types, membership validity periods,
subscription status, service access rights, and consumable item
transaction records. All payment transactions are processed exclusively
by Apple App Store. We do not collect sensitive payment data such as
bank card numbers or payment passwords.
We will not forcibly access sensitive information including your address
book, call logs or photo album (except for reference images required for
AI generation). We will obtain your explicit consent in advance if
additional sensitive information needs to be collected.
2. Information Usage
The personal information we collect is only used to deliver core platform
services and optimize user experience. We strictly comply with the
principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity and integrity, and will not
use your information for unrelated purposes. Specific usage scenarios are
as follows:

Core Function Delivery: To support core services
including AI image/video generation, account login, identity
verification, content posting, browsing and likes, post pinning,
ensuring normal operation of all platform functions.

Content Security Review: To review user-generated
content and AI creations, detect illegal content and filter sensitive
information, maintaining a safe and healthy platform environment.

User Rights Protection: To handle user reports and
complaints, resolve service issues and safeguard your legitimate rights
and interests.

Service Optimization and Upgrade: To optimize platform
functions and interface design based on non-identifiable data such as
usage habits and operation logs, improving overall user experience.

Compliance Requirements: To meet legal and regulatory
obligations, complete compliance reviews and filings, and respond to
legitimate inquiries from law enforcement authorities.

Membership & Consumable Item Management: To activate,
maintain and update exclusive membership benefits based on subscription
status and purchase records; verify member identities; send subscription
expiration reminders; process purchase restoration requests; manage
service access permissions; and track AI image/video generation credits
and post pinning credits balance, consumption and validity to fulfill
paid service and consumable item commitments.

Facebook Advertising Attribution: We use Facebook's
advertising services to conduct app installation and event attribution
analysis. The collected device and log information will be shared with
Facebook to count advertising delivery effects, optimize advertising
strategies and improve user acquisition accuracy.
We will not use your personal information for commercial promotion or
targeted advertising without your explicit prior consent.
3. Information Storage and Protection

Storage Method: Your personal data is stored on
designated secure servers with encrypted protection to prevent
information leakage, tampering and loss.

Storage Duration: We retain personal information only
for the period necessary to provide services and meet legal
requirements. Upon expiration, data will be securely deleted or
anonymized in accordance with laws and regulations. Membership
transaction, consumable item transaction and subscription data will be
retained as required by applicable laws for order verification,
after-sales support and compliance archiving.

teams. Multiple safeguards including encrypted storage, access control

third-party AI service providers and Facebook (for advertising

information. All App Store payment processes are secured by Apple, and
paid data is additionally protected by Appleās Privacy Policy.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We never sell, rent or share your personal information with unauthorized
third parties. Your data may only be disclosed or shared under the
following legitimate circumstances:

platform) to deliver core functions and complete advertising
attribution. All third parties are contractually obligated to comply
with this Privacy Policy and protect user data. Minimal transaction
verification data may be synchronized with Apple solely for subscription
verification, consumable item purchase verification and benefit
activation without unauthorized misuse;

respond to emergencies (e.g., preventing imminent personal safety

5. User Rights
As the subject of personal information, you enjoy the following legal
rights, and we will facilitate the exercise of your rights:

personal information (e.g., nickname, avatar) and published content in
the personal center.

Right to Deletion: You may independently delete your
posts, AI works and other content, or submit requests to delete partial
personal information (excluding data required by law to be retained).

Right to Account Cancellation: You may apply for
account cancellation at any time. After cancellation, we will delete
your personal information and published content, except data mandated by
legal retention requirements.

Right to Objection and Complaint: If you believe our
data processing practices violate this policy or relevant laws, you may
contact customer service to submit objections or complaints. We will
respond and follow up with processing results in a timely manner.

Advertising Tracking Management Right: You may disable
advertising tracking permission at any time through your device settings
(Settings - Privacy & Security - Tracking). After disabling, Facebook
advertising attribution will not collect your relevant data, but it will
not affect your normal use of basic platform services.

Subscription & Consumable Item Management Rights: You
may independently manage membership subscriptions and consumable item
purchases (AI image/video generation credits, post pinning credits). You
can view and cancel auto-renewal at any time via Settings - Apple ID -
Subscriptions on iPhone/iPad. You may also view your consumable item
balance and consumption history within the app. No additional fees will
be charged after cancellation, and your current membership benefits will
remain valid until the end of the billing cycle. Consumable items are
non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws.
6. Minor Protection
This platform is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of
minor users accessing our services, we will immediately terminate service
access and delete their relevant data, and notify their guardians
accordingly. Guardians may contact customer service to assist with
information disposal if their children have disclosed personal information
on the platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from making in-app
purchases, activating paid memberships, or purchasing consumable items.
7. Policy Revision and Effectiveness
We reserve the right to update and revise this Privacy Policy in response
to legal updates, industry standards and operational needs. Revised
policies will be prominently displayed within the platform and take effect
upon the completion of public notice. Your continued use of platform
services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may stop using our services and cancel your account if you do not
agree to the updated policy.
