Welcome to use MuseReve application (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and the Platform, governing your use of all services provided by the Platform, including but not limited to AI image generation, AI video generation, personal work publishing, dynamic pinning, in-app membership subscriptions, consumption-based virtual product purchases, and other related functional and value-added services.
Please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement before using the Platform services. By clicking "Agree", registering an account, browsing content, purchasing in-app products, or using any functional service of the Platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all contents of this Agreement, and voluntarily agree to be bound by all its terms and applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using the Platform’s services immediately.
The Platform is committed to providing users with safe, compliant and professional AI creation and community interactive services, covering core functions as follows:
1.1 AI Creation Services: Users can generate exclusive AI artworks and AI videos by entering text prompts or uploading reference materials, independently complete personalized creative content production, and enjoy platform-provided creation technical support and functional optimization services.
1.2 Community Operation Services: Users can publish self-created AI images, AI videos and other works with text descriptions, browse, like and interact with works published by other users, and participate in platform community interactive activities.
1.3 Paid Value-Added Services: The Platform provides two major types of paid services for users to improve creation experience and community exposure:
(1) Membership subscription services: Unlock advanced AI models, exclusive creation privileges, premium functional permissions and other membership-exclusive value-added rights through periodic subscription;
(2) Consumption-based virtual product services: One-time purchase of disposable virtual consumption items, including AI image generation quota packages, AI video generation quota packages, and post dynamic pinning privileges. Each consumption-based product is a virtual digital commodity that takes effect immediately after purchase and is consumed upon use.
The Platform only provides technical support, function development, information display and service operation services. It does not intervene in independent behaviors and interactive disputes between users, and shall not be liable for any user-to-user dispute consequences arising therefrom.
When using all services of the Platform (including free functions, membership privileges and consumption-based paid functions), you shall strictly abide by national laws and regulations, industry norms, public order and good morals and the provisions of this Agreement, and shall not engage in any illegal, improper or infringing behaviors. All prohibited acts include but are not limited to:
2.1 Using AI image generation, AI video generation functions to create, upload or disseminate pornographic, violent, bloody, terrifying, vulgar, discriminatory, illegal and harmful content; generating politically sensitive content, counterfeiting official documents, impersonating celebrity portraits, or producing and spreading content involving copyright, portrait right and other intellectual property infringement.
2.2 Publishing commercial advertisements, marketing promotion information, external diversion links, offline contact information such as phone numbers and QR codes on the Platform, or inducing other users to jump to third-party platforms for transactions and interactions.
2.3 Abusing, defaming, harassing, threatening other users in comment areas and public communities, posting discriminatory, insulting and offensive remarks, or forming and participating in illegal community organizations and inappropriate interactive behaviors.
2.4 Maliciously disrupting the normal operation of the Platform, including bulk publishing low-quality content, brushing fake likes and fake comments, maliciously consuming platform functional resources, and using plug-ins, scripts and other illegal tools to operate platform functions and purchase paid products.
2.5 Minors are strictly prohibited from conducting any in-app paid transactions, including membership subscription renewal, purchase of AI generation quota packages, dynamic pinning privileges and all other consumption-based virtual products. By completing any paid transaction on the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have full capacity for civil conduct, and have obtained the consent of your guardian if you are a minor (minors are forbidden to consume).
To comply with national regulatory requirements and platform compliance standards and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and third parties, the Platform uniformly stipulates the use rules and liability clauses for all AI-generated content:
3.1 All AI-generated images and AI videos of the Platform will be automatically marked with an "AI-Generated" label by default. Users shall not manually delete, hide, modify or tamper with the label in any form, to clearly distinguish AI-generated content from original manual creations.
3.2 All AI-generated content is only for the user’s personal non-commercial study, communication and entertainment purposes. It is forbidden to use AI-generated works for commercial profit, illegal activities, official certification materials and other non-personal scenarios.
3.3 Users shall bear full and independent legal liability for all AI images, AI videos and other works generated by their own operation and purchased paid functions. The Platform shall not be liable for any legal disputes, intellectual property infringement, portrait right infringement, right reputation disputes and all related claims arising from user-generated AI content.
To ensure platform content security, standardize community operation and maintain a healthy creation environment, the Platform implements full-process review and real-time supervision on all user-published content and AI-generated content:
4.1 All user-submitted works, published dynamics and public content can only be displayed publicly after passing the Platform’s automatic sensitive word filtering, AI security detection and manual review. Content that fails the review will not be released, and the Platform will issue rejection notifications and revision suggestions according to the violation degree.
4.2 The Platform has the right to delete, block or shield content that violates this Agreement. According to the severity of user violations, the Platform may impose penalties including but not limited to verbal warnings, post restriction, temporary account suspension, permanent account ban, and freezing of unused paid functional privileges.
4.3 The Platform encourages users to actively report inappropriate content and malicious violation accounts. All valid reports will be verified and processed in a timely manner. The Platform will strictly protect the personal information of reporters and keep it confidential in accordance with the law, except for legal mandatory requirements.
You clearly acknowledge and agree that the Platform only provides technical support, information storage and service operation services, and shall not bear legal liability for the following circumstances:
5.1 All content published, uploaded and generated by users (including AI images and AI videos generated by paid consumption functions) shall be independently responsible by the user. Users shall independently bear all compensation liabilities and legal consequences arising from infringement of third-party legitimate rights and interests.
5.2 The Platform shall not be liable for account anomalies, function failure, data loss, service interruption or unavailability caused by user’s improper operation, personal device failure, network abnormality and other personal reasons.
5.3 All interactive disputes and content communication disputes between users on the Platform shall be resolved by the users themselves. The Platform has no obligation to mediate and shall not bear any related legal liability.
5.4 In case of service interruption or function failure caused by force majeure factors (including natural disasters, national policy adjustments, third-party service failures, network operator failures and other uncontrollable factors), the Platform shall be exempted from breach of contract liability, and will timely notify users and try its best to restore normal service.
5.5 All in-app purchase transactions of the Platform are exclusively settled, charged and managed by the Apple App Store. The Platform does not collect or store any sensitive payment information such as user bank card numbers, payment passwords and transaction passwords. All payment exceptions, billing errors and transaction disputes arising from Apple official payment channels shall be resolved by users independently through contacting Apple official customer service, and the Platform shall not bear relevant liabilities.
6.1 Users shall register platform accounts through legal and compliant channels, and independently keep account passwords and personal information properly. Behaviors such as account subleasing, lending, trading and gifting are prohibited. The Platform shall not be liable for account theft, information leakage and property loss caused by user’s improper custody.
6.2 Users can voluntarily apply for account cancellation, provided that the account has no pending violation records, unresolved disputes and unexpired rights and obligations before cancellation. After successful account cancellation, the Platform will delete user personal information and published content in accordance with legal provisions (except data that must be retained by national laws and regulations). Cancelled accounts cannot be restored, and all unused membership privileges, consumption-based product quotas and pinning privileges will be automatically invalidated without refund or transfer.
6.3 If the account has serious violations such as publishing illegal and harmful content, maliciously disrupting platform operation, and abusing paid functions for improper interests, the Platform has the right to suspend or permanently cancel the account without any compensation.
6.4 During account suspension or functional permission restriction, all membership benefits and unused consumption-based virtual product privileges will not be extended, supplemented or compensated. After account cancellation, all paid rights and interests will be permanently invalidated.
This clause applies to all paid services of the Platform, including periodic membership subscription services and one-time consumption-based virtual product purchase services, fully complying with Apple App Store review rules and relevant national regulatory requirements.
7.1 Service Type Description
7.1.1 Membership Subscription Service: Periodic auto-renewable membership service, which unlocks advanced AI models, exclusive creation privileges and other value-added functions for personal non-commercial use within the valid period.
7.1.2 Consumption-Based Virtual Product Services (Newly Added): One-time disposable virtual digital products purchased by users through in-app payment, exclusively for personal non-commercial use, including three categories:
(1) AI Image Generation Quota: Paid quota for unlocking high-definition, high-frequency or exclusive AI image generation functions, consumed immediately upon use after purchase;
(2) AI Video Generation Quota: Paid quota for AI video creation, rendering and export functions, each generation operation consumes corresponding quota, invalid after use;
(3) Dynamic Pinning Privilege: One-time valid platform community dynamic top display privilege, which takes effect immediately after purchase and is automatically invalid after the valid period or completion of use.
All consumption-based virtual products are instant digital virtual commodities, non-physical goods, with no physical delivery, and are only applicable to the functional scenarios specified by the Platform.
7.2 Auto-Renewal Rules (Membership Only)
The Platform membership subscription service enables auto-renewal by default. At the end of each billing cycle, the Apple App Store will automatically deduct the corresponding subscription fee. Users can view order records, turn off auto-renewal and manage subscription items in real time through: iPhone Settings — Apple ID — Subscriptions. The auto-renewal function only applies to periodic membership services and does not apply to one-time consumption-based virtual products.
7.3 Refund Rules (Fully Compliant with App Store Rules)
7.3.1 All platform paid services (including membership subscriptions and consumption-based virtual products) are instant digital virtual products. After successful payment, activation and use, they are non-refundable virtual services.
7.3.2 For consumption-based virtual products: Once purchased, the quota and privileges will be immediately credited to the user’s account and take effect. Unused virtual quotas and privileges are not eligible for unreasonable refund; partial used products do not support partial refund.
7.3.3 All refund applications for in-app purchases must be initiated by users independently through the official Apple App Store channel. The Platform has no direct refund authority, cannot interfere with Apple’s refund review results, and will not provide offline refund or third-party refund services.
7.3.4 Only refunds required by mandatory national laws and regulations are supported, and all refund standards shall be subject to Apple official rules and legal provisions.
7.4 Purchase Restoration & Right Restriction
7.4.1 Users can use the "Restore Purchase" function to synchronize valid paid membership benefits and unused consumption-based product quotas after replacing devices or reinstalling the application, without repeated payment.
7.4.2 All paid rights and interests (membership privileges, AI generation quotas, dynamic pinning privileges) are exclusively for the registered account holder’s personal use. It is strictly prohibited to transfer, share, resell, rent or trade paid rights and interests in any form.
7.4.3 The Platform has the right to restrict partial functions, recover paid privileges or permanently ban accounts for abnormal purchase behaviors, privilege abuse and illegal trading of virtual products.
The Platform reserves the right to revise and update this Agreement in a timely manner according to national legal updates, industry standard adjustments, App Store rule updates and platform operational needs.
The revised agreement terms will be prominently displayed on the Platform’s official page or in-app notification window, and take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the Platform’s free and paid services after the update of the Agreement shall be deemed as full acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the updated terms, you shall immediately stop using the Platform services and apply for account cancellation.
9.1 The Platform integrates Facebook Software Development Kit (SDK), which is only used for official advertising attribution, user conversion tracking, advertising effect statistics and marketing optimization, to improve platform promotion efficiency and user service quality.
9.2 The Platform only shares non-sensitive device information, app event data (including app installation, account registration, membership payment, consumption-based product purchase and other conversion behaviors) and aggregated anonymous statistical data with Facebook. The Platform will not collect, store or share users’ sensitive personal information such as name, phone number, email address, account password and payment information.
9.3 Users can withdraw the advertising tracking permission in their device system settings at any time if they have objections to Facebook’s data processing behavior. For data processing inquiries and complaints, users can contact the relevant official customer service independently.
